Mohamed Sami

CEO & Founder – Agile International Limited (AIL)

Mohamed Sami is a Civil Engineer with over 24 years of experience in engineering, project management, strategic planning, value engineering, and business development.

He previously served as an Individual Consultant with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). He has also served as a Board Member of the Federation of African Engineering Organisations (FAEO) and as a Board Member of the Egyptian African Businessmen’s Association (EABA), contributing to engineering and business collaboration across Africa.

As CEO and Founder of Agile International Limited (AIL), Mohamed leads the company’s strategic planning and international growth, business development, and strategic partnerships, with a particular focus on the GCC and African markets.

Under his leadership, AIL has expanded its international presence through four branches in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, the United Kingdom, and Egypt. He has built and leads hybrid teams of international and local professionals, combining global expertise with strong local market knowledge to deliver engineering and project management services across healthcare, real estate, infrastructure, and highway projects.

His vision is to position AIL as a Tier 1 international engineering and project management consultancy by 2035, recognized for technical excellence, innovation, strategic partnerships, and the successful delivery of complex projects.
